User Data Deletion

Requirement: Apps that access user data must provide a way for users to request deletion. This page provides instructions and an optional request form.
1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your Astro Vision account and associated personal data using one of the options below.
- Email: Send an email to privacy@yourastroconsultant.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Form: Submit the request form on this page (if enabled by your site).
2. What to include
- Your account email and/or phone number used with the Service.
- Any identifiers you used to sign in (e.g., Google email).
- Optional: request to delete only specific data (e.g., chat history).
3. What we delete
- Account profile and authentication identifiers in our database.
- Birth details and preferences stored for forecasts.
- Stored chat history and generated reports associated with your account (unless retention is required by law).
4. What we may retain
- Records required for legal, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes.
- Security logs needed to prevent fraud/abuse (retained for a limited period).
5. Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If verification is needed, we will contact you.
6. Deletion request form (optional)
This form is a static template. Wire it to your backend endpoint (recommended) or your email service.
